Polonez recently was asked by fellow photographer to pose for some shots for the Polish Festival @ Federation Square. The results were stunning.
Last weekend Polonez Melbourne performed at the 10th annual Polish Festival at Federation Square 2014. This was the 10th time Polonez had performed at the festival and has seen it grown each year. This time the group welcome a number of interstate and internal groups including:
Polonez danced at the official opening of the festival with a Polka Sieradzka leading into a Nowy Sącz.This was follows up with the boys dancing their Arkan follows by a girls with a special version of Huculka. Mixed in with our younger dancers and vocalists.

In 2015, Polonez Song and Dance Ensemble will celebrate its golden anniversary, showcasing 50 years of folkloric dancing in Melbourne. Two anniversary concerts will be held, one in the evening of Saturday 18th April, and the other on the afternoon of Sunday 19th April 2015 at the Clocktower Centre, Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.

Polonez recently performed at the Cymbalista wedding. Michal Cymbalista an ex dancer was delighted to host Polonez at his wedding. They performed their classic Reszow dance much to the pleasure of all his guests.
Polonez recently was invited to perform at the Polart 2015 Fundraising Dinner. The event held at the Polish club Albion with all proceeds going towards the funding of the up coming 2015 Polart Festival to be held in Melbourne. Polonez performed to a full house of patrons with a dance from the Podlaski region.

Polonez recently was invited to perform at the 2014 Music for the People Multicultural event. Celebrating the closing of the annual Brunswick Music Festival, the event was planned to be full of music, dancing and food but unfortunately was rained out, never the less Polonez kept a smile on their faces and were still excited to be together on the day.
Polonez was proud to have danced at the 2014 Maslenitsa Slavic Festival at the Royal Exhibition Building Melbourne.
We danced along side our brothers and sisters from fellow Slavic national dance groups, including Russian, Slovakian, Georgian.
The day was full of music, drinks and sun.
On a sunny day in December in Daylesford, a small troop of Polonez members had the joy of dancing at the Stachowiak & Opasik wedding. The pair of dancers performed Czardasz to a intimate room full of guests much to the pleasure of all those who attended.
